We firmly believe in delivering an outstanding customer experience, paying particular attention to detail to ensure that each and every event is as memorable for your guests as it is for you.

What brand of chocolate is used?

We only use the finest quality Belgian covertures chocolate. Couverture chocolate has more cocoa butter than regular chocolate - approximately 32%.

Can I have chocolate in any other colours?

Yes other colours are available just contact us contact us with your individual requirements.

What do I need to supply?

All that we require to operate is a standard 13 Amp power supply and a table that is at least 4 foot in diameter. Virtually all venues are willing to provide a table and electricity supply free of charge but they must be informed of this prior to the event.

Can the chocolate fountain be used outdoors?

This is not recommended, however our fountain’s can be used in marquees as long as they are are not too close to the door and the flooring is stable and level.

Do I pay a deposit?

Yes. £75, non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final invoice, payable 14 days prior to your event.

What do I need to do on the night?

Absolutely nothing other than arrive and enjoy yourself. We take care of the setup, take down and cleaning and because we stay with the fountain we can ensure that it looks as good for the hundredth guest as it did for the first.
